well it's not fake, it's half truth. I don't know where was it taken from, probably from 1999/2009 remasters, but original 1989 version has alive nikki's bass, you can hear it, all notes are different there and have sustain. either this burried down in mix or they just didn't want to rerecord alive bass again during remastering.

This is not the isolated bass from the album. I have an isolation program and isolated the bass part myself. It sounds nothing like this and it does sound like a real bass.

This man can actually sing beautifully and powerfully, unlike most "musicians" these days. His music is not completely reworked to sound good - it actually IS good.
